The materials on Skyrider Media's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Drone inspection imagery provides visual documentation and condition awareness. It does not replace licensed roofing, engineering, structural, surveying, architectural, legal, insurance, or code-required professional determinations where those are required.

Interior LiDAR-style documentation is for visual reference, digital twin context, and property documentation. It is not a replacement for licensed surveying, engineering, architectural measurement, or code-required professional services where those are required.

4. Project Deliverables and Scope

Project deliverables, timelines, travel, weather, airspace restrictions, site access, and scope are subject to project-specific agreement and individual contracts. Estimates and quotes provided through the website are non-binding until a formal agreement is executed.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
